HRM systems and implementation within crowd sourcing platform ecosystem

What HR practices are used within the crowd sourcing ecosystem and who is implementing them, is the main research question of the study. Resulting in a new model consisting of four members within the crowd sourcing ecosystem and the introduction of a new HRM system to identify HR practices within the crowd souring ecosystem for crowd workers.
