Production process optimization

This thesis is focused on the optimization of the Cut & Stack production process at Royal Sens Rotterdam. The overall research question that is answered is stated as follows: "How should Royal Sens improve the performance of the Cut & Stack production process?". A four-step improvement plan is introduced to increase the throughput, product quality and EBITDA.
