Process optimisation of internal transport at FruitMasters

The internal transport of the company FruitMasters is causing problems at the other departments of the company. There was not enough data to optimize the processes and because of that the required data was collected during this research. The action problem that was given to tackle during this research is: The idle time of internal transport employees should decrease with 15%. To solve this problem the core problem: The processes around the moving carts have not been visualised, should be tackled. This research will also deliver solutions on how to optimise the processes around the moving carts of internal transport.
