Woven PP supply chain optimization

This thesis is focused on the optimization of the supply chain of Company X. Company X is forced to look for a new supplier for their polypropylene related materials. Within this research, two potential new suppliers are compared based on their costs, lead time and product availability. Using a tool developed in Excel for this research, the best supplier option for Company X is sought to improve their supply chain in the future.
