Optimization of planning and resource use

This report concludes research conducted for a master thesis at company X. The aim was to find room for improvements and cost saving within a long-term Master Service Agreement with one of their clients. Multiple approaches and methods taught throughout the master were applied, to offer a well-rounded and varied set of recommendations.
