Improving production performance

This research aims to improve the production performance of Power-Packer in Oldenzaal with a new internal production strategy. With the new production strategy, the resources in the production should be better utilized creating an improvement of production performance. In this research, a simulation model is constructed to experiment with a manufacturing cell. The recommendation is to implement a manufacturing cell so that grouping technology can be used to improve employee utilization and reduce the throughput time.
