Improving the process of in- and outgoing goods at a construction company

The construction sector is known for its high failure costs. In order to reach the financial aims of the Toelevering Water department at ADS Groep, the process of incoming and outgoing goods must be improved further in order to increase the availability of materials at the construction site. This is done by frst creating a clear overview of the processes in a BPMN model. Using this model, bottlenecks are determined and possible solutions are proposed.
