Creating a portfolio of the applications at Traffic Today

The goal of the research is to come up with an advice to help solve the core problem of the company: 'There is no portfolio of the intern used applications at Traffic Today.'. The lacking portfolio is causing a high data-entry error, high labour costs and it is making it hard to work from all the applications at the same time. To attack this problem, an analysis of the applications is made and surveys are hold within the company's management team to take into account the opinions of the employees as well during the research. To create a portfolio a dashboard with KPIs is created. From this dashboard, solutions will be formed and an implementation plan for the final solution will be formed.
