Improvement of information sharing within the maintenance reporting process

The technical fleet support department at transportation company EMONS Group B.V. is facing inefficiencies in the maintenance reporting process. The communication between the departments involved in the process is not structured and efficient. The current reporting tool for maintenance requests provides long request submission times and unreliable information. A design for an improved reporting tool is created to improve the information sharing within the maintenance reporting process.
