Developing a maturity model for Rijksdienst Caribisch Nederland by identifying needs, to create a supporting base and cooperation between the units

The purpose of this study is to investigate the options for improving the cooperation between the various departments within the National Office of the Dutch Caribbean (RCN). At the moment the services ofthe RCN are provided by the different departments. These departments operate individually and are in close contact with their main departments in the Netherlands. There is little or no cooperation between the different departments of RCN.
