Improving ordering and acquisition of learning resources

To solve the problem of bad communication of information in the process of ordering and acquiring the learning resources for Bonhoeffer College, a new information system has to be designed and developed. In this research, the current process is mapped in a business process model and a requirement analysis is conducted for the information system. With that information a conceptual design of the information system is made in the form of flowcharts with accompanying explanations.
