Increasing the EMVI score by developing a dashboard

This research is conducted at a company that is active in earth-, road-, and hydraulic engineering. Companies in this sector get construction projects from a client by winning a tender. In an EMVI tender, the winner is determined by having the best combination of price and quality. Especially proving a good quality by having a good quality plan (EMVI plan) is experienced as very difficult. Therefore this research is about how Company X can increase the score on their EMVI plan(EMVI score) which leads to more wins. We research how presenting an overview of the feedback, using a dashboard, can help Company X increase their EMVI score.
