The impact of product Y of company X on corporate social responsibility

Kijk in de Vegte, A. (2022)

A rising interest in the way Product Y contributes to a more responsible operation of their clients motivated the executing of this research. In this report, the effects of implementing Product Y is examined at two large dairy farms. Five performance aspects which can possibly be influenced by the implementation of Product Y were identified, namely: longevity, fertility, cow health, milk production, and labour. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) were defined for every performance aspect and subsequently these were measured by analysing pre- and post-implementation data. The data analysis results were associated to the economic, environmental, and social pillars of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The performances in all pillars improved after the implementation of Product Y.
