Challenges faced by European finance departments during the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) implementations are very complicated and require a lot of effort from the organization. Therefore, the challenges are investigated which are faced by European finance departments during an ERP implementation. The research is split up into human-, organizational- and technological challenges and are tested for significance. To give organizations a recommendation on where to put focus extra on during implementation.
