Improving the overall quality of the warehouse of Siers Installatietechniek

A well-functioning warehouse is of great importance to Siers Installatietechniek. However, it is not performing as desired, resulting in lost revenue due to issues such as missing materials for projects. This thesis focuses on enhancing the overall quality of Siers Installatietechniek's warehouse. This was achieved through conducting interviews and an ABC analysis of the warehouse. The ABC analysis has led to increased efficiency and reduced storage usage within the warehouse. The key findings indicate that implementing a warehouse management system and conducting the ABC analysis are the most effective solutions for warehouse improvement.
