Monitoring Service-level Agreements for Logistics Service Providers

This thesis investigates the possibility of automating the monitoring of Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) for logistcs service providers. It contains a DSL for specifying SLAs, and the design for a system that provides automated monitoring and real-tme decision support based on the SLA.
