Dashboard Design for a Consultancy Firm within the Sustainability Sector : A Business Case for a New Data Platform

This research has been conducted within the context of a Dutch consultancy firm within the sustainability sector. Our research has a dual commitment. First and foremost we are focused on enhancing the decisionmaking of the management team through a management dashboard. Secondly, we explore a business case for a new data platform. Kyden is a newly introduced Dutch consultancy firm with a focus on providing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) related services. We have the following problem statement: “The current way of finding and analysing relevant data of the consultancy processes lacks in terms of identifying emerging trends and monitoring efficiency and effectiveness”.
