Improving BearingPoint Netherlands’ consultant-to-project KPIs by introducing a consultant-to-project assignment model

For a consultancy company, the consultant-to-project assignment(s) (C2Pa) procedure is analyzed. We improve the C2Pa procedure by making the C2Pa procedure structured and unambiguous. We make the C2Pa procedure structured and unambiguous by developing a C2Pa model with 4 KPIs (hourly assignment cost, consultant-to-project utilization, consultant satisfaction, and C2Pa skill match). Out of the experiments with the model, we prove the effectiveness of the model and provide useful insights with respect to C2Pa characteristics.
