Abstract:
This thesis explores the design and implementation of a performance measurement system (PMS) dashboard for Geurtsen, focusing on the strategic and operational levels of the company. The primary aim is to create a dashboard that aligns with the existing workflows and caters to the distinct needs of both stakeholder groups. The research begins with a literature review on the effectiveness of PMS and dashboard design principles. Based on these insights, we develop mock-ups and engage in a two-phase evaluation process involving focus groups from both strategic and operational levels.
