Abstract: | This project is aimed to first study the miniaturizability and transferability of the macro-sized RuOx electrochemical sensor. Then designing, fabrication and characterization of the sensor will follow. This can be broken down into the following sub-research aims: • To determine the electrode design capable of electrochemical sensing and performing different characterization tests • To fabricate on-chip sensors • To characterize the electrochemical sensing chip • To determine the limits of the fabrication process |
