Abstract: | This research focuses on designing, implementing, and evaluating Process Monitoring and Control (PMC) for the filler of the Aseptic Ready to Hang line at Abbott Zwolle, a company that produces nutritional products. The study critically evaluates the current use of PMC within Abbott Zwolle and compares it with the available literature on the topic. The goal of PMC is to spot, analyze, and reduce special cause variation within the production process using statistical methods. |
