Abstract: | In this study, we defined a reaching frame for reaching events in IMU movement data, based on the direction of these reaching events. We compared the performance of an ANN classifier using data rotated to this reaching frame under a variety of conditions with the results from an earlier study using the same ANN classifier. Results indicate this reaching frame rotation (RFT) method does not perform better than the earlier study. |
