| Abstract: | This research is conducted at ARS Traffic & Transport Technologies. The company wants to create an urban traffic management system to control traffic in Patna, India. This research proposes an adaptive control algorithm that can be used to make traffic control decisions in a large network and in highly heterogeneous traffic. |
